Recently the tile grout in our 10 year old home began to crack and there was a hollow sound coming from the tiles. We knew this would require the tiles to come up and be reset. The difficulty is that if one cracks it would be impossible to get an exact color match. We filed a claim with KB Homes (Division 650 Pleasanton, CA) and were gratified that the level of professionalism and customer service we encountered when we bought was still present at about the end of our warranty.
