STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Deceptive and very unethical sales people. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...Went to the dealership looking for a used. Tst drive two cars, Elantra and Corolla and agreed to buy the Elantra. After two hours of negotiation, we agreed on the final price with Maurice(Salesperson) adn shake hands to seal the deal, as I thought, buy they have different plan instead. DO NOT BUY OR LEASE YOUR VEHICLE FROM HERE! My husband and I recently went in to look at a used Lexus IS 250 they had on their lot and we ended up leaving with an overprice 2010 Highlander Hybrid. While we were there, I kept repeatedly asking for figures on the Lexus but they kept giving me the run around and suggesting that the highlander was better for us. TERRIBLE place. Unprofessional, insinuators, shady, pushy, bad communication skills. Stay away. Go to CAR-MAX, Honda, Nissan or North Hollywood Toyota. Keyes Toyota at Van Nuys is an embarrassment to the name "Toyota". Minus stars had the option been there. Read More »

I purchased a certified Toyota corolla 2009 on 11/1/10 .I did noticed that back door's color is different.They just blamed night and lack of light .The day after when I check the whole car I noticed that the door has been painted.and based on Keyes Dealer's words that we can not even change a lights when it is certified.
