I recently had a problem due to economic conditions beyond my control and was concerned about my HOA fees and what I should do - I was at first reluctant to call Lordon (my management company) as I was not sure if they could help me. They have been managing my community for a couple of years and have helped me out tremendously in concerns with a plumbing issue in my home and some problems with neighbors in community. They are sooo much better than the prior company. I have found them really responsible and when my manager was out of the office someone else jumped in to help me. I would seriously caution anyone who is thinking of doing business with Lordon Management. I pay my association dues on time, sometimes months in advance, and can never get any customer service. I have emailed and left several phone messages at a time over the years I have been under there rules, and it is near IMPOSSIBLE to get a response. They do not follow the Association guidelines, they don't follow up and the owner has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. My neighbors feel as frustrated... Read More »
