I have bought or leased 4 vehicles from Sunrise Ford in the past 10 years, and, based on my recommendation, my friend has purchased 2 additional cars here. Obviously, we are very happy with the service, ethics, prices, and overall buying experience at this fine dealership. I bought a new Ford Edge from this dealer, unfortunately, at night in the rain in the month of Dec.2010. When I got the car home into my garage, I saw that it had overspray all over the car. I immediately reported this to Sunrise Ford. I took the car back two days later and they kept the car for 5 days. I'm not sure if it was just related to the current bad economy, but I had an excellent experience at Sunrise Ford of North Hollywood. The salesperson quoted a price (at vehicle invoice price) and they stuck to it. There was some pushing of the glass etching security add-on. I guess this is the new way to make additional money like the old "undercoating" that was common years ago. But, if you don't mind just saying no, then you should be fine.
