we bought a couch here 3 months ago and it was defective, we had the furniture store send a guy to look at it and he said the Ashley manufacture put a defective part under the couch that causes it to make a loud squeak noise that is horrible and you cant fix it with WD40 lol , its the srpings under the couch and the guy said he was going to replace the couch instead, here we are 3 months later and I have been calling every week since the guy came out 3 months ago and they keep telling me they...
