Mike Milner had done an inspection on a house we were purchasing. After purchase we contacted him again to re-roof all structures. He was present on site the entire time and his company did an excellent job. The roof looks great, and they started on a Tuesday and were to finish on Friday. They finished on Thursday. They showed up on time and Mike showed up on the scheduled start date. He showed his crew of nine all the troubled areas that we had talked about. I am always weary of roofers because of the big mess! it could become! bit Milner roofing is the BEST! they cleaned up every day! never did i see a nail on the driveway or in the garden and i would check every day because i have small kids. I was concerned about possible leaks and contacted Milner Roofing, who had re-roofed the house over 20 years ago. They located some loose flashing and advised that he could repair the problem areas while out here. He described the work required and provided a verbal quote. I authorized the work and it was completed in approximately 1 1/2 hours. He advised roof had at least another 2-3 years of useful life.
