What a great experience at Mission Viejo Auto Collision. I thought I'd be put through the ringer because I had a small accident in a Mercedes. I was treated professionally and got a very reasonable quote and time for completion. (6 days) The owner - Mark- came out to introduce himself and assured me they'd take care of my car. Family owned business; seemed comforting and the experience was wonderful at the start. The representative that handled our claim was nice and helpful. Once we dropped our car off the attitude, response and courtesy stopped. They would say one thing and do another. My car was in shop 5 days longer than they said.
