Thank God for BBB they are priceless in my opinion. Read More »

Peter L. posted a review

Jan 06 I purchased from the Camera and TV Stop in Medford NJ (great working with them) a Mitsubishi WD-52725 DLP TV + extended warranty, stand and a power supply for $4000.00.
Around March 07, a noticable decline in picture quality, plus digital lines would show on the screen plus a few other issues (bulb burning out). A consumer relations staff member(Rico) indicated that there are so many complaints that people are asking for compensation when there is nothing wrong with the TV. Therefor, you must pay $177. to prove your tv is defective. However, they gave Ken in Oklahoma a $ 925. credit for a similar problem. Their customer relations staf... Read More »

Lisa L. posted a review

Poor quality DLP tv Model number 62725. I purchased one for $3,000 4 years ago and it died 2 weeks outside the extended warranty. Mitsubishi will not allow repair companies to fix the problems with this particular model. The entire chassis has to be sent to Mitsubishi. This is very suspicious as they will allow other models to be repaired by local tv repair people. Mitsubishi will not back their product and will in turn never get my business ever again. Read More »
