I took my 2009 accord in for service last year around Feb 2010, they did a diagnostic to find the problems that my car had at that time they charged me $105 for the diagnostic so they found all the problems but it was too much money to fix all the problems my car had. So I only fixed what I could affort it's was about $1100 in parts in labor. I purchased 3 cars at Honda World, in less then 2 months. on my 2011 honda civic the tire was flat 3days later and i was stranded in the middle of the night not knowing what to do i put in fix a flat and took the car right away to the service dept. they claimed they repaired the tire. so i drove home and the next moring the tire was flat again. i drove the car from service to my house and did not drive anywhere else. my daughter has a 2010 honda civic and there were a couple of problems wit... I came in today for an oil change and wash and was greeted with warm smiles and friendly demeanors. While I waited I was able to watch television for a minute and even check some emails. I don't own a Honda but they took care of me just the same will definitely come back here, and I would encourage anyone who owns any type of car to do the same if they want quality service.
