Never deal with an agent named June Chow. Rude,unprofessional, and incompetent. Overbooked and finally has to be squeezed into a different tour. Then I ask for the refund that she overcharges. it took so long and kept changing her statements. From 2 weeks to tomorrow, and later to three weeks. I really dislike the Grand Canyon 3-day tour because the tour guide told us to give tips for everything that we do but I thought tips are for good services but not required...I understand the tips for food. And they ask us to pay extra to ride the helicopter...why couldn't they just add all the money all in the payment? That way people who doesn't want to ride the helicopter can take on another tour.
