I really want to explain my first hand experiences with Cerritos Nissan, Service Advisor Felipe Lopez and Service Manager Ed Bowers to possibly forewarn customers of that dealership. My husband owns a 02 Altima that was having transmission problems. We took the car to our dealer but unfortunately the warranty had just recently expired.
