I had an issue where I felt Mt View Tire overcharged a family member for some work performed on their vehicle. After speaking with Management, we were able to reach agreement on a solution that worked well for everyone. I had squeaky brakes. I called around and they said no fee for brake inspection unlike many other tire/brake shops. Upon inspection, my brakes were good in front but gone in back and the rotors were shot. They gave me a very clear estimate, good price. I had the work done. I was in and out in one hour.
