If you are thinking about calling Pete the Plumber.....You should think twice. The service I received by this company was horrible to say the least. The work that they completed at my building cost me hundreds of dollars and was a complete waste of time, as I had to have a different company come out the next day and take care of the issue. I think this place is a nightmare. I think they use unqualified people, who are the same as one I could get from the Home Depot parking lot. I think they are deceptive and scheming as soon as they get your money, they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or service. The letter a person named Chris Price wrote in defense of their reprehensible customer "serice" is rife with inaccuracies, truth twisting and outright lies.
