TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Horrific Business Practices. I purchased a battery from through an affiliate account these guys have with Wal-Mart In February of 2019. What was delivered was a battery that was built and last charged in January of 2018. Meaning this battery is over one year old. batteries only last a few years so that means this thing has lost at least 30% of it's life before I made the purchase. Chaparral sells OLD NEW TIRES. Old new tires are dangerous. I was sent a three year old tire. They lost a customer over a return shipping label. Customer service does a great job for the bean counters. Consider replacement after five years per manufacture, Chaparral knows this. I will probably not wear this tire out in two years. Read More »

Visited on 4-12-2013 to shop helmets. No helmets in stock! Unbelievable! They would be happy to order one, though. No thanks. Looking at store showed a lot of marked down merchandise in bins, dusty throughout the store, very few cruiser/ touring tires in stock, but they would order one for you. 80,000 square foot store and no new inventory or popular tire sizes in stock, no helmets. Ordered small part online. Can't trace package. Customer service can't tell me anything. May have to wait 30 days. What a joke. Their USPS tracking form doesn't look like the other USPS tracking system form I am using to track EBAY shipment. Can't refund payment. Just a bad company to deal with. I went in to the store on Sunday. They didn't have the helmet I needed but said that 2 of them would be there on Monday. I asked if they would hold one for me. No...you have to place a special order and pay for it, then they will hold one . So I paid..., AND NOW THEY CAN'T GET THE HELMET. No big deal...I ll just get my money back and move on. Do not order anything from this website unless you don't care about when it arrives or whether you will be shipped the correct item. too got the bait and switch about "Free" 2nd day shipping. When the tires I ordered finally arrived via ground delivery, they turned out to be the wrong ones. I called customer service and was told that I would have to email photos of the tires as proof. I ordered a motorcycle tire from Chaparrals Motorsports online. I spoke to a representative to make sure I was ordering the right tire. When I received the tire, it was the wrong size. I called to let them know it was the wrong size, and they told me it was my fault because I ordered the wrong tire and the proof was the order number that I put in, (which was given to me by the representative.) I had been shopping at other places for a bike and they all were over priced and unwilling to work with you. I was referred to Chaparral by a friend who bought his bike there. I went to the website and saw a deal that seemed way too good to be true and, because of my previous experience, I was very skeptical. Chapparral Motorsports uses misleading advertising on their web page. I ordered tires and the web page said "Free 2 day delivery" on orders over certain amount. On the final order form the have a drop down and I selected the special delivery option and it was accepted. Chaparral Motorsports is an awesome retail store. They have anything you need for any type of motorsport you are in to. They even had parts and accessories for my Harley. You can't beat their prices. Us too, we fell victims to this lousy company that cannot comprehend the meaning of Customer Service. WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They lie about orders, delivery dates and then play the hold game when calling to check on a status. Beware of this place. Ordered a package of riding boots, pants, etc. In short, the sizes were completely off the scale. Boots too tight, pants way too long. Spoke with rude customer service girl and was told that in addition to the return shipping, I would have to pay a $10 restocking fee for the returned items. We purchased from Chaparrall for our first time, and rec'd the product spread out over a time frame of about 2 weeks. The product sifted in day by day. When I called to customer service to talk to them about it, they were rude, ridiculed me, and hung up on me.
