They changed my circuit board. Recently, my CD player just stop working(September). I have a feeling that it may be due to changing the circuit board, but the Manager asserts that the circuit board was unrelated. Therefore, I will need to replace a new stereo system. The volume of my stereo goes up by itself some times, but it's not a big deal to me. Does anyone know if this may have c... Read More »

TY posted a review

I believe Goudy Honda to be a high volume dealership. This does not necessarily mean GOOD for the customer. Out of 4 dealerships, they came in second as far as pricing was concerned. Customer service-wise, they came in third, which was last since I only went to a total of 3 dealerships. The internet "Director" (let's call him ACE for short) seemed nice over the phone, but when we were face-to-face, there was another side of him.

This was a recent experience (4/20/08). Another experience al... Read More »

PandaCivic posted a review

My new car is AWESOME!! In order for a pre-owned Honda to be Certified, it must meet the minimum requirements and pass the rigorous inspection so that it can be signed off by a factory trained technician, Goudy Honda tried to misrepresent a pre-owned Civic that had been involved in an accident, the Carfax report showed the airbags had been deployed, they insisted on not showing the Carfax report to my friend and as... Read More »

Honda2008 posted a review

I spent over two months researching my vehicle of choice. Up until several days prior-- especially when I alerted the dealer to the specific time and date I would be coming into the dealership to negotiate a price on the car-- they specified they had the color and model of the car I wanted. On the day I went in, not only did they not have what I wanted, but tried to sell me something else. I wasted my time driving in to this dealership. Read More »
