First and foremost when I purchased my vehicle everyone was great to me and I loved the dealership even referring 3 family members who purchased new vehicles (2015 Corvette, 2014 Suburban LZ & a 2014 Spark) from this dealer. I was going to buy a vehicle here, but ran into this finance guy named Chris. (big fat guy) anyways, he is a total liar and tried to screw me on my financing. He said he was going to lower my interest rate if I purchased a package deal on a warranty and gap protection. I wish I would have read the review before I purchased my used 07 Chevy Suburban from MARK CHRISTOPHER CHEVROLET. One year ago I purchased this vehicle from them and they assured me that it had never been in an accident and showed me a CarFax report. My husband and I experienced the worst customer service at Mark Christopher Auto Center. We test drove a 2011 GMC Acadia on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at this location after we had conducted enough research and were convinced we were ready to purchase the vehicle. I Have never been treated so bad by a dealership in my life ! Not only was i lied to but they sold me a car that is unsafe. I trusted a second time and again the failed drasticaly They vehicle I purchased was in a major accident and they told me that only drivers door was damaged and would be repaired no matter what.
