BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! This review is for Tool City Inc. DBA City Loan. I am amazed that their employees sleep at night. Their interest rate ranges from 8%-10% monthly. Which means the annual percentage rate (APR)is approx. 123.83%, depending on your monthly interest rate. For instance, if you borrow $2,600.00, you will be paying $9,000.00+ by the end of the loan. City Loan is a very professional and honest business. When I called them to inquired about auto loan, they explained things very well and even asked me if I had considered other options since the title loan is a very high interest rate program. I told them that it was ok since I was gonna hold it for only a short period of time and that I appreciated their honesty. Its actually city loans, where you either pawn or receive money on title loans. I called to request information on how it worked, the person whom answered the phone was very rude, she sounded like a robot like she didn't like her employment, like she didn't care of customer service. I went to this place yesterday to get a car title loan. They offer both car pawns and car title loans, but I choose the latter because I need to drive my car to work.
