by far the most unprofessional company i have ever attempted to work with. if Isamel Mendez and his superior Anthony are further indication that the type of rude unhelpful customer service available permeates this company-no wonder the installation was such a mess-these men were the definition of unprofessional!Anthony said to me "they paged me and i came a long way,what do you want?" I had Closet Factory do a closet installation last year to provide me more space. At that time, I was most satisfied with their service and workmanship, which they supposedly honor with a lifetime warranty. Recently, a crack developed in one of the top connecting pieces and as a result that compartment separated and of course the rods and the clothes fell.
