Memory4Less will never get our business again! We ordered an item Thursday March 31, 2011 for expedited delivery on Monday April 4th. When it didn't arrive early that morning, I tracked it online & found the status showed no activity. I called Memory4Less and was told, "Oh, we moved over the weekend so the order probably didn't get processed. We have a bunch of orders we're catching up on today." WHAT?! I ordered 4 gigs of 2 GB PC2-6400 DDR2 Ram What I actualy received was 2 35k sticks of RAM and was charged the full price when I told them I wanted a refund they refused saying it was Kingston memory...I called to verify I had the right product before I placed the order. Company refused to accept an liability for their lack of customer service to make sure the product was correct. I went to the web site for Memory 4 Less @ 7AM this morning and priced memory that I wanted (OCZ2P8008GK). The price was $300.22 including tax and shipping and the web site indicated that it was in stock. I returned to the web site @ 9:22AM (to order the product) and the price went up to $345.25, in just two hours and twenty-two mins. I called Memory 4 Less and asked why the price went up.
