The movers were over 2 hours late. We got to our new place at 9pm on a SUNDAY (we didn't get finished moving until almost midnight and therefore disturbed all of our new neighbors, making a great impression) & the movers started unloading, but in the middle decided to help some random woman push her car, then pulled the ramp in, got in their truck & drove to her car to give her a jump - they didn't tell us they were doing this & didn't ask if we were okay with it. DO NOT USE THEM! SAVE YOURSELF! Not only was the move disorganized and a lot of stuff was damaged, but sometime during the move or the one month storage, they stole a giant box full of collections of music and movies that were very dear to me (worth close to $4500) I sued them in small claims court and they got off on a contract technicality. This company gets zero stars in my book. I had reserved the services of this company, and they never showed up to do my move, leaving me stranded on Saturday afternoon of a three day weekend, when I had to be out that day. My move was scheduled for 9:00 am. I started calling them at 9:30am. I got the run around each time I called to see when they would be there.
