I called them about a low water pressure issue at my home.The tech showed up the same day I called and worked about an hour but could not find the water regulator valve and needed to bring another piece of gear to find the water line.He showed up the next day and found the water line and proceeded to dig to find the water regulator and after working about an hour digging informed me that I could dig up the regulator myself and call him when I found it.I found this kind of strange as I called...
