Anything you request better call in several times. Do not be surprised if they tell you to take care of everything on your own anyway... Also, f you submit a complaint in here, do not expect they will worry about it at all. You will have to do everything for them angain. Asking for CSR supervisor does not help neither. Person named Mercedes hung up on me.
I ended up paying my loan off way ahead of time. I am happy not to have to deal wit the incompetence of TFS an... Read More »

Meruzhan G. posted a review

I was in Toyota dealership of North Hollywood on 01/31/2011. I was going to purchase a Toyota Corolla 2011 model. The sales person, who served me, was very incompetent. After I filled out the application form with 0% interest rate for 60 months, the dealership's financing department submitted my file to the Toyota financing services. The first response from Toyota financing services I got after one working day and they explained me that they was unable to verify about my employment, but I gav... Read More »

Wendell B. posted a review

This company apparently has a bad reputation in dealing with consumers. They want you to purchase their cars but they often turn their noses to you when you don't meet their standards. They have a really bad service contract in terms of what is covered for repair. The dealership charges astronomical prices for repairs. Which sends me to Sears who charges much less and does an excellent job. They try to sell you on having your car fixed at their facilities. Yet, once you hear the price you sta... Read More »

BILLY t. posted a review

I have been dealing with TFS since 20 November 2010 trying to get a simple w-9 form faxed to a business that is wanting to purchase my truck. The form is required by the IRS for business purchases of vehicles, TFS seems to not understand what a w9 form is. I have called TFS multiple time to follow up on my request and have been met with constant grieve and unprofessional mannerism. It is now the 26 of November 2010, what was told to me takes 24 to 48 hours has taken now over 6 days with no re... Read More »

jenna w. posted a review

Toyota Motor Credit was and still is Unethical in billing, collection and wrongly repossing vehicles, although they justify it, here's my review to shed light on anyone else experiencing this. They blocked my account from receiving payments to acrue my default and informed me everything was fine and while they 'tried' to figure it out, they would call me back. Then no returned call, two days later, my car repossessed. (REVIEWERS FROM STATE OF MN, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE LAST PARAGRAPH IS READ)

Get this: car is being paid electronically and the company accepts payments but somehow returned them to my bank. After three months the Toyota Motor Credit Company called alleging my account was in default for non payment. I then sent a check to cover the total amount they claimed is owed while I followed up with my bank to find out what could have occurred with my payments. Come to find out...Payments were made... Read More »
