Showed up on time and did a very nice job... They showed up on time and did a very nice job. As a small business adviser, I found this company to be very well run. They obviously have spent a lot of time learning how to run a professional company. Other contractors could learn a lot about how to run a business from Kevin Shaw and his staff. I was getting 3 bids to replace my water heater. Kevin was the last guy I called. He was they only one that tried to help me make a good buying decision. The other 2 guys only offered me 1 water heater choice. Kevin Shaw gave me 6 different heater options to choose from. I really appreciated that I got to picked what was best for me. I finally found my plumber. We were referred to this company by some friends. Our friends advised us that they were more expensive than most plumbers, but that they would show up when they said they would and did what they agreed to do. We had them put in a Rinnai tankless water heater system and a GE water softener. They were very neat, clean, professional and did a great job.
