I've tried to be patient with this company but sadly they simply are not responsive after your move. The estimator promised a variety of services during the quote phase that were not completed. They were supposed to pack all furniture in pads, pack my mattress in a carton and pack a free standing mirror in a carton as well. The driver from Mayflower VIP was great! The packing crew from King relocation was horrible. When I gave feedback to King about the packing crew, the president of the company said they had sent one of their best crews! If that was their best, then they have a serious problem with their company. I spent $12,000.00 on this move and I would expect better packing than to have my items just thrown into boxes because the packing crew wanted to go home. My family just completed ourmove and I was/am astonished. With every conceivable challenge that my family threw into the mix, my single point of contact flowed through them and had solutions to keep us relaxed. Not enough can possibly be said. I'm sending flowers to my coordinator and my parents are setting up a move with them now. What a relief after all the stories we hear on TV. Read More »

Had an extremely, extremely poor experience with this company. Be VERY careful that you understand the insurance policy which the representative will strongly encourage and influence you to accept. It is based on .60 per pound which is really no major compensation. Had several pieces damaged in a 2 mile move one of which was a $2,000 glass desk. Due to the .60 per pound insurance, I got a check of $150 which basically would over a replacement desk from IKEA. I would highly recommend NOT using... Read More »
