They claim to be the best in customer service...that's a joke! The representative wouldn't even tell me what my debt was for then he proceeded to tell me that I probably didn't make enough money to pay for it anyway. He yelled at me on the phone and was rude! He expected me to pay the debt right then and there but wouldn't tell me what it was for! They need to learn a thing or two in customer service skills because they are seriously lacking this. very rude and no customer service at all. Don't be fooled when you first talk to them everyone can be nice at first. I just asked a simple question and the manager and one of the woman employee there had no clue what CUSTOMER SERVICE meant. I guess since its a collection agency there just there to collect money and not care about others right. TOTALLY RUDE! couldn't believe the manager was rude also WOW! Read More »
