I sadly believed a lot of the reviews on this lawyers office and ability to be on top of things, but they have yet to do anything for me, I have had to do everything myself, and their inability to answer phone calls for days has left me still without my vehicle. My friend and I got in an accident, rear ended by a drunk driver. From the start attorney silvers staff was very professional and helpful. They sent us to a chiropractor and made sure we were 100% taken care of medically. Once that was said and done the real work began for them. I was rear ended by a drunk driver. I found Michael H. Silvers a couple days afterwards online and couldn't be happier that I did. The law office set me up with a chiropractor within the week at no cost until my case was completed. They were able to negotiate compensation for my damaged car and bodily injuries in a timely fashion and manner which is huge when dealing with insurances. This has been the worst experience of my life! Not only did they advertise as being local, I don't believe they truly exist. They don't return phone calls, emails, certified mail or anything! They also try to rip you off by sending you to their supposed doctors who charge twice what your settlement is! Don't use these guys. They never return phone calls or emails! When you do get through, you are passed to voicemail and a phone call is still never returned! Everything that the other people said about this law firm is correct based on our harrowing experience. We honestly believe that Michael Silvers does not exist. We never even met the guy and when we called, he was always in a "meeting".
