I have one of this company's pentagon safes and went round and round with the company. The paint job was terrible (marked as if it moved before it was dry), it was the wrong COLOR. The locking mechanism is rusty and sounds like a two hundred year old safe. The customer service is the worst in the industry. We are completely pleased with the product and the overall value of the product. The quality of the safe is exceptional! Sportsman Steel found and set up "in house" placement with a local company for us. The only concerns were with the process of getting the safe. Credit Card payment was immediate however shipment was delayed for over 2 months. This lead to frustration as we continued to wait for the product to be sent and had trouble getting updates requested via telephone conversation.... Read More »
