This company presented itself as a company that DID NOT receive any money from the consumer for their services, but was a step in the process of assisting us to apply for assistance in our home state. ANY CONSUMER CAN DO THAT IN ARIZONA! Instead they collected ALL of our personal information and proceeded to EDIT it into a completely BOGUS summary with numbers and claims we never provided to them. I spoke to a representative who was very pleasant and explained to her that I would like to refinance under the HARP Program. She asked me a series of questions which I answered and said she said that it appeared I do qualify for a refinance.
