Invoice identified a charge for "packaging." Never seen this ever (I am 67.) When questioned, it was really "shipping." By being mislabeled, I paid 6% retail tax on shipping. It is ILLEGAL to charge sales tax on only "shipping" in VA.

There was a charge for "administrative fees." Again, never ever saw a charge of this type. "Sales Tax" was charged $0.0. When questioned, the "Administrative Fee" was the "Sales Tax." What a screw up.

After 4 years, some of the plastic sliders turned brown which I thought was a life-time warranty. They replaced all of the windows with no charge.
