I give this company a 0 in customer service and satisfaction. I purchased two tickets to a Godsmack Concert on 2-12, three months in advance I was promised by this company I would get a email supplying me with the time and place of the meet and greet with Godsmack . Was blocked by ticketmaster while doing the unthinkable, searching for better tickets than the crappy one being offered. This was a pre-sale for Lady Antebellum that started with horrible seats at the 10 AM opening but started to get better after 30 minutes? Don't know why but I was feeling better about laying out the membership money when I was suddenly blocked. I was trying to buy Foo Fighters pre-sale tickets while at work. Imagine my surprise when I was not able to get to the Ticketmaster home page. I was even more surprised to find out that Ticketmaster that was blocking DIRECTV. This meant that I was not able to attempt to purchase the Foo Fighters pre-sale tickets. Bought tickets to Rodeo Houston over the phone. 3 performances at 2 tickets per performance for my girlfriend and I. She was on the phone, I was online. She ended up with allot better seats than I got online, so I cancelled my order. Like so many other customers, I too was swindled by Ticketmaster! I tried to purchase the best tickets available today. Although I had every reason to trust Ticketmaster would sell me those tickets, after my purchase was complete, I found better seats for the same event. Ticketmaster employees are worse than employees at the DMV I tried ordering tickets online for Margaret Cho at the Beacon in NYC. At the final step it said there is a problem retry your credit card information. Then said sorry try another card, I check My bank account of course the debit is there, and the Ticketmaster site says your order is cancelled. Tried to buy tickets to Roger Waters at a retail outlet today. I was the first in line the instant they went on sale. There where no tickets on the floor in the middle sections of the arena available. There was no one in line and I should have been one of the first as the young lady was attempting to get in even before the system would let her. I purchased tickets to an event 3 hours away, and they appeared to be good seats. When I arrived at the event, I was not able to see the stage at all. For our 2 week vacation to Florida, I bought two 2009 season passes to Universal Studios in Orlando from www.ticketmaster.com . Their web page promised unlimited admission to parks until December. But we were able to enter the parks only once, the second entrance was denied because “the tickets are not in the system”. Ticketmaster not looking out for the customer. I was so upset when I missed my show due to someone having a heart attack and rushing off to the hospital rather than my show. I called ticketmaster the next morning first thing to explain what had happened and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. I had a horrendous experience dealing with Ticketmaster. I bought and paid for electronic (etickets). Without notice Ticketmaster voided my tickets and refused to give me a refund. I tried for months to get a refund without any success. I will never do business with them again. Read More »

Bought George Strait tickets from Ticketsnow believing they were afiliated with Ticketmaster as they claimed on their site. They are actually a cover for ticket scalpers. Received tickets, delivered by Fed Ex, just as promised by the company; however, the tickets have a buyers name on them and the price on each ticket is $38 and I payed $138 each. Had a similar bad experience with Ticketmaster when purchsing tickets for Fleetwood Mac concert in San Jose, CA on May 21, 2009. Best advertised price for Section 204 at Sharks' stadium was $103 per ticket. When we purchased we were rerouted to a third party "BestSeats.com", only we didn't realize it til we got the tickets in the US mail.
