They did a fantastic job on my last two escrows. Everything went pretty smooth and there really were no issues that came as a surprise eventhough it was kind of a challenging escrow. I like that I was able to check on the progress of the escrow and that did took a lot of stress away. Read More »

This company will hold up the closing cost of your home and make you pay all the extension fees which is 250.00 for each fifteen days. We so far have had to pay for 2 extensions and our loan docs are expiring today so we have to go down and resign. They have made sure to make this process take as long as possible and they keep asking for the same paperwork over and over.
