Bait and switch ... these guys give used car dealers a bad name. I called ahead and specified the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I'm not stupid. I'd shopped around. I requested a mid-level car. They yes-yes'd me to death ... Got me to complete paperwork, used my worst credit score (they took the mid-level score when 2/3 were at the highest level) and didn't show me my scores. This company did not perform what they promise and write in the contract when I recently purchase car from them. Bad,Bad, and Bad service. The group from the director of sale to finance are the group of liar. Everyone watch out when you sign contract with them because I know they will never do what they said Go to Miller Toyota or somewhere else to buy car. Read More »

This company dealer have the worst service I ever experience in my life. I have bought so many car from Toyota,Honda,Lexus,Mercedes dealer. They are very professional and put customer first. In this dealer, the finance director ( Patrick )is specially so stupid , un-professional and act like he is the best in the world. He treat customer like nobody. But he is so wrong.
