Went to purchase an Altima that I was told existed at the dealer. When I arrived the car was not there and the manager attempted to pressure me into purchasing a more expensive car. My answer to him, "not interested", was not good enough and he continuously insisted that I should consider the more expensive car. I had contacted this dealer to purchase a 2006 Audi A6 and was told that the vehicle was there at the Universal city Nissan in Universal city.. Only to be contacted by someone else telling me that the car isn't there and wants to get all my information to "get things started" without me even seeing the car.. not only was I Lied to but now I'm being given the round around and it turns out that your whole policy on your job is your credit is just something you use to lure people into your deale... Don't ever take your car to Universal City Nissan for an oil change! I went in to buy a part from their parts division. While there, I saw a sign saying, "Oil Change $9.95," so I got it. Then not only did they charge me $39.95, but three weeks later my car is LEAKING OIL. When I took it back, they wanted to charge me over $500!!! My car was FINE BEFORE I took it to Universal City Nissan. These people are crooks. Stay away from these people. They rob you blind AND they do it all with a SMILE! Read More »

This was the worst experience of my life. They are a huge bait and switch company. The sales people will LIE to get you in the door. It is laughable how rude they are when you question why the price is not what they quoted. The manager will then LIE about everything and how there was a miscommunication. I was hung up on, a person went to lunch while trying to close the deal, and the so-called manager was the rudest of all and said that I was not able to speak with his manager. Watch out!!!!!!... Universal City Nissan is a good company for bait and switch. They advertise one thing and then when you get down there they laugh at you and inform you that its a mistake and to please be open-minded. They say that you job is your credit... not really it only applies if your job qualifies.(a federal job doesn't qualify). They say that they are the number 1 dealership and they take pride in it, because of that you would think that when you buy a car from them it would be clean and have gas in... Read More »
