One of the dryers WASH installed at our properties continuously breaks down. Over the last five months the same dryer has broken down a dozen times. In fact, every time it breaks down it's for the same reason (component failure for the exact same part - a mechanical timer). The technician installs a new timer and then the next week it breaks down again. I've asked WASH to install a newer dryer at our location but they refuse, and claim that there's nothing wrong with the existing dryer. HUH?... Read More »

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service, can't get a phone call back. There contracts are very deceiving!!!! They take days to come out and fix machines. They raise prices without notice and the rate for washing and drying is 2.75 a load......OUTRAGOUS. The machines are very old and small, maintenance doesn't clean the vents so the clothes don't dry unless you add extra money so the price goes up to about 3.00 to 3.25 a load.
