If there was a zero star rating - this would be the Company earning it. Absolutely horrible and painful customer service and lack of knowledge. We have been working with Hitmen Pest Control and receive pest control services every two months with them for 4+ years. Believe Western acquired Hitmen 12 to 18 months ago - and it has been all downhill since then. I have had a great experience with Western. The techs are always nice and very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone as I have now been with them for 15 years. They are always on time, and the managers call me back immediately if i have problems. Much better than Terminix. You can trust WESTERN. Read More »

My house was burglarized & ransacked. Avoid this company. The process started pleasantly enough. We scheduled the termite tenting, they came out on time... But we left their crew SPECIFIC instructions to turn on our home alarm system as they came & went during the 3-day fumigation process & they didn't do it. I would not use this company again because they outsource the fumigation services. So there a more people involved that just Western exterminator employees. My wedding ring was stolen during the fumigation process. But since they outsource their services to Dr. Fume, it was hard to pinpoint who could of stolen my ring.
