RIPOFF! THe mechanics don't know what they are doing or certifying. The service reps totally lie about the work being performed. THe management will do everything to cover it up including totally lying to the BBB when you file a complaint. If you want to buy a car from them, make them produce a CarFacts report. Bad Customer Serivce! Was attempting to purchase vehicle through this dealership. I received a call that I needed to come in to sign some paperwork. I made an appt. to meet with the finance person, when I arrived he was not there and had the person that was inform me that they could not come up with financing so we had to do an unwind of the contract. Save yourself a trip. Negotiated a price over the phone only to drive 40 miles in rush hour to find out the quoted price would not be honored. Be very cautious if you do deal with these people. If you call them they wil be extremely vague and uninformative. But then will call you back and tell you ANYTHING you want to hear. Why?
