??????I Never recommend this management. I live in the old building since 2014 . I always pay for rent on time and follow agreement rules . Yohana has been our manager here at 21909 Saticoy Street for a few years. She has always kept this place clean. If there were things that had to be fixed she made sure they were taken care of. She cleared out some tenants who were becoming a problem to the other tenants. We now have a good bunch of tenants here. I hope the new manager will be just as diligent. Read More »

I live at "Terraces At the Village" 11920 Chandler Blvd. The water in this building (or quite often lack their of) is what I call & quote; unhealthy & quote; F_U_L_L of rust, and badly yellows any thing white after washing it in the wash room here. I AM SCARED TO CONSUME THE WATER HERE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CONSUMING IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, THE WATER PIPES IN THIS BUILDING HAVE TO BE THE ONES THAT WERE INSTALLED BACK IN 1969 AND THE WATER SITUATION HERE IS TERRIBLE.... When we first moved in, the place was clean, freshly painted, etc. Even the property manager was pleasant. Unfortunately, after a couple months in to our lease, we found that what we received was really a lousy apartment. The cleanliness of the hallways is poor, trash piles up in the back of the apartment and maintenance is awful. They put little effort into any request and even leave trash behind. Skip this place! Statewide Enterprises really seems to be a very good management company. I have lived at my building managed by Statewide Enterprises for the last 5 years and they run an extremely professional operation here. The property is clean, the apartments are remodeled and any maintenance requests that I have made have been addressed within a short period of time. The manager here is a real sweetheart and really tries her hardest to make everyone happy. I am happy to give them my five star rating. Read More »

Live in a pretty nice place in Hollywood near all the action. I've been here for six months but have had little interaction with the management company, Statewide Enterprises. Most of my dealings are with the resident manager who seems to be on the ball. I guess he takes orders from Statewide Enterprises who's his boss. I live in a Statewide Enterprises building in Koreatown. I am very happy with the service I have been receiving there. The building is kept clean and the manager is extremely attentive to the needs of the tenants. I have referred several friends to live in this and in their other buildings and they have all thanked me for my recommendation. Read More »

I've been renting from Statewide Enterprises for several years and I have found them to be a reputable company. When I moved into the apartment it was completely remodeled and any time I've requested maintenance work to be done, they immediately jumped on it. The resident manager is a sweet gal who is always looking to please the tenants. While their rents may not be the cheapest in town, I guess you have to pay a little extra for a good apartment. This business deserves its "F" rating. Its apartment managers are defensive and angry when faced with problems; never admit any wrongdoing; and treat tenants like they are pests when they raise complaints. Never been treated so rudely in my life! They'll be great until you have your first issue (and with their properties, you will -- we had malfunctioning sprinklers, gas leaks and broken fire alarms just in the first few weeks), and then you are Public Nuisance #1. This is a mess of a rental company. The employees are rude and their property manager is extremely rude. I have had several incidents with them and I will be moving out shortly. Based on the experiences I've had with this company and the rental management,if I have any problems getting back my full security deposit, it will definitely be settled in court. This company is about as bad as it get for a property management company. They have horrible customer service, nothing gets fixed in a timely manor, I have actually caught their employees in lies, and there are unresolved health hazards in my apt. Whatever you do DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY it will be your worst nightmare.I wish I could rate them with zero stars however it seems that the lowest I can rate them is one star. Read More »
