I could go on and on about the disreputable business practices of those at Fitness Blowout, but if you are reading this or any of the other hundreds of complaints lodged against them you already know of their sleazy business tactics. I don't understand why this place is still in business. They are horrible!! They are quick to process your credit card and then sit and sit on your order. When you call to find out why you haven't received your order by the promised date, you get lies after lies and that is only after demanding that you speak to someone. I bought this machine (A30T) in December, after assembling it did not work, the belt wasn't turning on. After staying on call and troubleshooting with the Technician at EPIC and opening screws and hood and everything, he declared that Machine Controller is BAD. So he ordered one and it was delivered in 10 days after fixing that MYSELF, again the machine did not work and now the Motor was Sounding horribly loud. I bought a deluxe treadmill from Keys fitness which went out of business and WWW.fitnessblowout.com agreed to honor warranty. I started the process of getting an appointment to get it fixed on 11/29/13 and it is now 12/18/2013. After 2 email requests, 5 phone calls, a request to speak to a manager (which was not done), they are telling me that they cannot fix my treadmill because the parts are no longer made. My experience was mixed. I purchased a remanufactured Life Fitness™ Commercial CT9500HRR elliptical trainer. The machine came three months after I ordered it; when I wrote on several occasions to ask when it was coming, I was not ignored (can’t recall the explanations). So far, I have made two purchases from Fitness Blowout, well, because I am cheap and want a good deal. You get what you pay for. Aggravation! I purchased a Precor 576i EFX with a 1 yr parts and 90 days labor upgrade for my wife's birthday. The equipment was in poor working condition from the time of delivery. She attempted to use the unit but the grinding noise was so bad, it seemed like the machine was wearing metal to metal, unlike the same units at our health club which are smooth and noise free. I agree with all these reviews. I think the positive review was written by someone that works in the company. I still haven't received my order 50 days later :( I took matters into my own hands when I wasn't getting answers or responses for that matter from the company. I placed an order on 11/04/2012 and everything went extremely well. Brandon was my sales representative and he was extremely nice and professional. I was informed that the equipment would ship within 2 weeks. We discussed this over and over. He assured me my equipment would arrive before my first bill was due - I used their financing. I have read all the terrible reviews but I have had just the opposite. I have ordered twice from the company and the experiences has been wonderful. I have a recumbent exercise bike and an upright bike. Both are what I use in the gym and they have been great I have had no trouble from the equipment and it came just as promised. I purchased a LifeFitness 95RI bike. After delivery the tension on the bike was way too high. I called the Alan who sold me the bike and he said he was working on getting it fixed. All of a sudden he stopped working there. So a 3 month warranty I was not told about ran out. We bought a treadmill from Fitness Blowout almost two years ago. It has been non-working more than it has been operable. There is NO customer service. It is impossible to reach a live person, and no voicemails are ever returned. If you check them out on BBB, their responses are almost identical, promising to rectify their poor products and nonexistent customer service. Do not be lured by this company. I tried for close to 3 months to get a defective treadmill belt replaced. When I called originally I really just needed measurements as I wasn't sure it was a warranty issue anyway. After 3 months and sending my third set of pictures the complaint was inexplicably closed by BBB. I'll find the belt somewhere else and let people know by any means I can to buy somewhere else. Do not buy from this company they are scam artist. I called and ordered a treadmill in late August but changed my mind within an hour of ordering and cancelled my order. Horrible experience. Don't use this company. Here is what happened to us: I called Fitness Club Warehouse/Fitnessblowout.com in August 2010 to inquire about a treadmill. I made sure the sales agent knew that it was for an apartment complex exercise room that is open 24 hours. We bought one that month. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FITNESSBLOWOUT. They have the WORST Customer Service possible and I do not know how they stay in business. This is my nightmare with these folks. As indicated they do bill the same day. I was told that I could expect shipping in 2-3 weeks. This company is anything but honest. They advertise many untruths on their website. One they say their sales people are NOT commission only. This is a lie. When my aunt tried to cancel her order the salesman complained that he was going to lose his commission. Avoid the hassel...Shop Elsewhere...Then count your blessings... The prices change daily, so unless you are willing to haggle like you would with a used car salesman...then have at it. They work on commission...and that's where you will find the hard/fast sales smoke and mirrors tricks. I feel a need to warn anyone thinking of buying from www.fitnessblowout.com I wish to god I saw reviews before I purchased from them. I was quoted a price and was told there is FREE shipping. When I got my invoice the shipping charge was added into the price of the unit. I was also talked into getting a Deluxe Upgrade package and was told I could cancel that at anytime. BE AWARE PEOPLE! This is by far the worst and most fradulent retailer that dealt with. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! Much like the other reviewers, the only thing they did efficiently was charge my credit card. I purchased my treadmill in August 2007. I ordered a single stack unit, treamill and 3 mats from fitness blowout. It has been nightmare dealing with their customer service. At one point I spent more time on hold with them, than on the treadmill. Buyer beware of the cardio zone treadmill...the programs (elevation and speed) cannot be run independently of one another.
