I don't think it is fair that you can hire a contractor to do work at your home and once you've paid said contractor and if he decides to not pay Robertson's it's still the homeowners responsibility to pay! I the homeowner didn't have any contract or arrangement with said Robertson's ready mix. This was the contractor who arranged and called Robertson's to come out not me!
