I just requested a second extension. Took 10+ days just to get escrow instructions. A month later had HOA docs. Never had an email returned. Lender cannot get the paperwork they need from escrow to order loan docs, so we cannot proceed to closing. No emails are ever replied when a question arises and every time I call in, it takes a minimum of 3 hours of holding time just to speak with the escrow officer. It took lender 21 calendar days to receive the HUD for the file, which is unheard of. 

This escrow began performing Settlement Agents Service 09/21/12 for HUD homes. HUD made mistake to use this cheaper escrow. Bank will charge me interest lock if deal not completed this week. This place now has more than $16,000 of my money in escrow and nothing is happening. Escrow officer Stephanie Enos will not return emails from me or my bank. Owner Tezra Rogers's email fires back an automated response offering excuses.

The hold times were off the chart. They didn't even start their process until the day I was scheduled to close escrow. I had to drive to them to show my face. I had to stay in a hotel and pay for a storage unit because we went well over the 45 day.

Just try calling them and see how long your on hold before someone comes on who has no clue as to who you are or where your Docs are and will then lie to you so as to get you off the phone. Oh yeah while your holding that phone for 45min listen to their message, its the most ironic message I have ever heard. They will never do what they are paid to do or tell you they will do.
