Might be ok for local moves, but for inter-state they'll sub-contract your move out to unknown parties. Just moved from LA to NY But their own operation isn't that great either. The packing crew was incompetent - complaining about the estimator, packing toilet brushes in with food, yelling at each other, and pretending to pack boxes that they did not actually pack (but charged me for anyway, of course) The loading crew was ok, but the trucker and arrival went terribly. 9 hours late.
