in 2013 with 10 years warranty. In 2015, the mattress started to pulge up and had lumps on each side.

contacted Ortho mattress and paid $60 for inspection fee. They had agreed to replace my mattress and I paid $99 delivery fee. The mattress they gave me was cheaper than the mattress I have originally purchased. The 10 yrs warranty still applies to the new mattress

Just about ALL mattress companies have the same warranty so this should not be held against Ortho.

She is straightforward, and will work with you in every way. She is nice and friendly and knows a lot about beds. Her customer service skills are excellent, and the treatment is good. It can be confusing to understand the different types of beds, and the coil structures, but she will explain it perfectly, until you understand the bed you are buying. I called the company &amp; they graciously arranged for an inspection. I was elated that they were going to take of this problem promptly and without hassle. 
After the inspection I received a letter denying refund or exchange with the explanation that it wasn't sagging enough.
