My wife and I used Twilight Tours for the July 2010 eclipse trip to Easter Island. Joel Harris did a lot of behind the scenes organizing that made the whole trip seem effortless. The Easter Island trip was a good blend between organized touring and personal time. We had a chance to do our own exploring and make friends with the various other tour participants. My excursion to Easter Island for July 2010's total solar eclipse was my second tour with Twilight Tours. My previous experience gave me confidence that Joel Harris and his crew could pull off the extremely daunting task of securing the hotel facilities and flights for which there would be an insanely high demand. Twilight Tours took me to Easter Island for the total solar eclipse there in July 2010. In the months prior to the actual tour, things seemed a bit disorganized, and i was a little worried, but as it turned out: EVERYTHING WENT PERFECTLY! My family & I have just returned from China where we had the opportunity to witness a beautiful solar eclipse. We were with Joel Harris of Twilight Tours and the experience was exceptional. Most of China was clouded over & therefore a lot of people that traveled half way around the world missed this amazing sight.
