The "technician" was clean, pleasant and efficient, arrived on time and was fully prepared. The job was done in 3-3 1/2 hours. My house was left clean. The job done was excellent and the contract was fulfilled as agreed. However I will not be using them again. The toilet type provided was just a standard competent model that sells for under 100.00 dollars at Home Depot.
