Just wanted to post a note about Quality Carpet Cleaning. If you need your floors, carpets cleaned this is the place to call. Gilberto was super, super nice! Easy to talk to and gave me ideas on how to keep my carpets clean before my next visit. No kidding this place cares, I find that hard to believe in today's climate. Our son had thrown up on the carpet late Friday night and we needed professional help to get it cleaned up. We left a message on Quality Carpet Cleaning voice mail later that night and the next morning they had a crew out to our house by 10am. We really appreciated their timely response and service request on such a short notice. When their tech completed the work, the carpet looked and smelled great. We are a non-profit organization with very limited resources when it comes to getting upholstery cleaned. Our company came across a large donation that would be perfect for our admissions department, but it was very dirty. The first place that I had called was Quality Carpet Cleaning and the owner Mark was quick to offer his services as a donations and had a crew out that afternoon!! I was taking care of my friends apartment a couple of weeks ago when I invite a mutal friend of ours over, after her visit, I noticed that their was a wet stain in the carpet near where he was sitting, I also noticed her beer bottle was laying on the floor as well. When I spoke to Annette at Quality Carpet, I told her that I had a regular carpet cleaner. Unfortunately, he did not get the edges of my light carpet clean. She reassured me that their cleaners did a great job on the edges, but she would make a note on the order if I went with their company. I made an appointment in the range of 1:00 to 3:00 on October 13. At 2:00 I called to make sure the technician was coming.
