A great buying experience here... I placed an order for a new Apple MacBook Pro laptop early one morning through their MacMall dot com website and requested it be shipped by FedEx next-day air with morning delivery. Late morning of the same day I got a brief call from a friendly representative of MacMall to review the order and go over the specifications of the laptop. Misadvertised on website. They were notified about the discrepancy with the product. They agreed the product was not as described, and now it is 3 weeks later, and the product description on the website is still unchanged and inaccurate nor have they offered any adjustments or refunds. Read More »

MacMall has $150 mail-in rebates on many of their MacBook Pro computers. This appears to be basically a scam. After claiming they have my information and everything is fine, now that it is over two months after I sent it in, they forward me to voicemail or hang up on me. Their web site has always shown that they had not received my information, even though I received a lesser rebate that I sent in at the same time. Giving this company even 1 star is being generous!!! I attempted to purchase an IPOD on "Cyber Monday" and after my credit card information was entered their website became unusable. It gave me several errors messages and after about 45 minutes of trying to get the confirmation page to confirm my order I started calling the customer service line. I wish I could click on zero stars instead of one. This company treated me awful. Customer Service was absolutely terrible. I had to call 9 times to finally get what I needed... which after my 3rd call was just to cancel my order. I have never in my life had any maor issue with any company that required me to call back more than once.
