Called them to service our washer and dryer and AC unit. Was quoted $65 to diagnose the problems and after the diagnosis I would be given a quote and if I hired them to do the work, they would waive the $65. They arrived today (9/27/11) and I was quoted $190 for the washer and dryer, but after he started the work he said it would now be $240. We called this company last Friday to fix our Refrigerator. The freezer was only cooling to 21 degrees and everything was defrosting. The tech comes out to the house and just walks in the door. He does not knock, does not ring the bell...but just walks in. I was sitting at my desk watching him walk up the ramp to the front door and met him there. This company responded quickly at first to repair a refrigerator but was very slow to respond to repeated phone calls when the original problem continued. After 5 weeks and $705.00, the original problem is still there ( food freezes in refrigerator) and they don't return calls as promised and said they have done all they can. Read More »
