MY credit report is perfect except for Honda Finance. They do not notify you if there is an amount pending that they have added as a percentage as a late fee.

I have been receiving two phone calls a day from their inspection company SGS for over a month now. Some with messages, some are just hang ups. I finally called them today to set an appointment for the inspection.

My problem is that Honda Finance requires an inspection even if you are going to trade the car in. I called Honda and asked why it is necessary, as the dealer does not care about an inspection. I fell behind 1 month and had advised them in advance of the difficulties I was experiencing after agreeing to extend the payment for that grace period they started harassing me daily. I think they should better their systems and procedures so they all communicate and know the status of each persons accounts to avoid this problem, because unless I kept each person up to date I think they would of repo if not.

Life is getting worse
Always having dirt to play around in.

I bought my vehicle in Connecticut and re-registered it in Washington State. Whether its financing or leasing. They cheat the customer and don't provide them with the entire truth. They are quick to take your money but if you do end up in a sitution that needs assistance, they will not assist you at all. To top if off they discriminate against anyone who does not have an 'American accent' because they don't understand them.

I would rate then 0 if I could.
