I want you to know how impressed I am with Frank's work. He is the most experienced, courteous, reliable and responsible person I have met so far and I have been dealing with three of the larger Exterminators. Frank is doing an outstanding job in my house, we are trying to exterminate the worst insect invasion I have ever had, they are evidently "Bird mites". To the best of my knowledge I am satisfied with the work, but can only know over time, right---when I see how everything works. I think that Frankie is a great inspector and Santos is a very hard worker and I am sure he must have done a very thorough job. I can't tell because I was not under the house. I have been an Ecala customer for at least ten years and am under contract for termite and pests. I have had several technicians over the years but I've never been as pleased as I am now with David H. and Gilbert. David was out last week to treat my roaches and they're gone. Gilbert will be out in April for my annual termite inspections. I know he'll locate any problem areas. Please let David and Gilbert know how much I appreciate them. Thanks. Read More »
