Wow! My yard was transformed from a patio of red bricks done 40 years ago settling over the years to a fabulous patio. I took 4 bids from paving companies the salesmen came out without any samples of product only books with pictures. I told each one exactly what I wanted, and they tried to measure using tapes to get measurements and each one of the 3 others said they would get back to me in a couple days. The salesman came to our house and gave us a quote (twice as much as we ended up paying with another company). He ask for $1,000 to continue working on a design, and assured us that it was refundable if we didn't use them. We signed a "contract", which we didn't read, but even if we had, we trusted that the salesman would tell us the truth. They refused to refund our money stating that they honored their contracts. I believe the video will speak for itself as I am dumbfounded by how my family is being treated by System Pavers. I received a letter on Tuesday, May 27 that was a Mechanic's Lien on my home. Two weeks prior, May 16, 2019, the manager and sales manager for System Pavers Camarillo, CA branch met at my home to apologize for something they say has never happened to them and not to worry - they would make it right. This is a review on System Pavers in Denver, CO. We has a paver walkway and artificial turf installed in November of 2015. The installation of the turf was sub par. There are bumps, waves and it is pulling up from the sides. We contacted System Pavers in May 2016 for a warranty repair. A team was supposed to be out in June 2016 to repair the turf. These folks just do not care. Workmen killed 1/2 dozen shrubs from by cutting pavers near shrubs. This same dust ruined the track on our sliding patio door. Today pavers are loose to walk on. Some sections are sinking. Foreman was rude and threatning when we complained. Before you start this project search on the proper installation on the net - You will then understand that the foundation for paver installation must be excavated, filled with crushed rock and machine tamped. System Pavers was terrible. They took twice as long to do the job as they promised and left the job early 1 day without even telling us which caused us to incur added cost with our gate installer. They changed project managers and then lied about what they had promised and were rude and uncooperative. We would never do business with them again and in fact cancelled additional work which we were ready to ask them to do. Read More »

PREPARE TO BE OVERCHARGED AND LIED TO!!! We had System Pavers come to our house and give us a bid on a back yard job. They quoted $42k to do everything we wanted (60 feet wide by 6 foot retaining wall, 700 sq feet paving and 4x4 fire pit), and we were happy and signed the contract. Would NOT recommend!!! Estimated 10 day job took 6 weeks and two crews. The word "level" and "plumb" don't exist in their world. Our planter was 4 inches off level over 30 feet!! Patio water test ran toward the house, not away. They fixed it twice before it actually worked correctly! They used rubber coated metal mallets to "tap" in the pavers, but the coating had worn though to the metal so most of our new pavers had chips in them, which we had to identify, individually, and force them to re... Excellent customer service! Completed our hardscape precisely on time with excellent workmanship. It stands behind its work....Not only the installation comes with 25 year warranty, everyone at the System Pavers understands our needs and treated us with courtesy. System Pavers was great! They did our driveway last year and everyone in the neighborhood has been admiring ever since. We had them come out and install their synthetic turf this spring. It started with our driveway and continued through the from patio and side and backyard patio. They have been here 4 times and I am completely satisfied with their work and work ethic. Called Systems Paving to get a quote. The salesperson was way too aggressive and he kept pressuring us to sign a contract. It felt like we were dealing with a used car salesman. Gave us a crazy high estimate and kept emphasizing how great their company is. From their propaganda advertising, I did not see much difference from other paving companies.
